Shipping:

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

After you purchase your item, it takes 1-day for the Shipping and Handling, and it takes around 2-3 business days for your item to be shipped.

If you Do Not receive your package in 2-3 business days, contact support@autoseatreplacement.com and we will investigate it for you. 

 

Do you guys provide Free Shipping?

We Only provide Free Shipping if you live inside of the United States.

If you live Outside of the United States, then your Shipping Cost will be calculated at the Checkout.

 

What is your handling time?

Our handling time is 1-2 days and our shipping time is 2-3 days

If you want to cancel your item before it is shipped, make sure to contact us before 24 hours after your purchase at support@autoseatreplacement.com and we will cancel your item and refund the money back to your Card/PayPal.

 

What do I do if my package has not arrived?

If you have made an order and your tracking shows it has been delivered and it has not arrived the best thing to do is to contact the shipping service to get a real-time update of the package’s location. You can open a case with the shipping company if needed. Often because of the lack of upgraded tracking software or user error, shipping services will mark an item delivered even when it hasn’t been. Typically, these items are delivered a day or 2 later so do not panic. Auto Seat Replacement is NOT responsible for packages lost by the shipment services however we will do everything in our power to get the issue resolved if this occurs.

How long should I wait to report a missing delivery?

If your item has not arrived and it has been marked as delivered in the applications, please reach out NO LATER than 30 days after the delivery date to let us know. If we are contacted after that point to resolve the issue, the number of options we have for resolving the situation decreases.

International Shipping:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally but you have to pay for the shipping cost.

 

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

For international orders, you will be paying for the shipping. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout

Returns:

How long do I have after purchase to reach out if there are any issues with my covers or if I need to return them?

After purchase, you have 60 days to reach out if there are any issues with the covers OR with the installation. Please take the time to inspect the covers when your package arrives so if there are any issues, we can resolve them for you ASAP!

Exchanges & Refunds:

How long after purchasing do I have to return the items for a refund or exchange?

You have 60 days after purchase to reach out to us regarding a potential return or exchange. If you have purchased the wrong color, pattern or cover or the cover you have received has any defect you have 60 days to reach out to request an exchange or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit card such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover Card. We also accept PayPal payments for added security. If you would like to pay in installments, you can do so by using ShopPay. We also accept miscellaneous payment methods such as Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

Cancellations:

How long after I order do I have to cancel my order if I decide I do not want it or need something else?

We typically ship orders anywhere from 1-3 days after we receive the order. If you would like to cancel your order please reach out to our direct number (281) 675-5455 or our support email which is support@autoseatreplacement.com ASAP after you order to ensure we get the shipment cancelled before we ship it.

 

Can I get a full refund if I choose to cancel my order? Is there any cancellation charge?

Absolutely not! You will be refund 100% of the purchase price including any taxes and fees paid if you choose to cancel you order.

What do I do if I am having issues with the installation?

You can reach out to us anytime at either our direct line (281) 675-5455 or our support email which is support@autoseatreplacement.com and send pictures of the issues you are having to either method of contact and we will get our professional upholstery to take a look.

Do you have any installation videos I can use to assist me with the installation?

We have a great selection of installation videos for you to view! You can go to the Installation Guides tab at the top of the homepage and view our collection of public YouTube installation guides! Some models we have not been able to gather or make an installation video for, but we are always working to provide new content for our customers.
